Where are you located?
The website is operated and managed in the UK. Items are distributed from either our UK based warehouse or partner factories located in China & USA.

What payment methods do you except?
We currently accept payment from: PayPal, Shopify Payments, American Express, MasterCard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Apple Pay & Google Pay. 

Do you offer returns?
Yes we offer returns on all non sale items. 
You must return items within 14 days of receipt.


Do you have a size guide?
Yes please see our Size Guide page.


Where do you currently ship to?
We ship all of our goods worldwide. We provide tracking numbers to ensure your order gets to you securely. This tracking number will be sent to you via email when we ship your order out.


How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order is placed, it will take around 2-3 working days (UK Only) to arrive, for EU & International see our delivery page for more times.

Please Note: Some items can take between 5-10 working days to arrive as they will be dispatched from our main warehouse. This will be visible on the checkout page when you select your shipping method.

Occasionally, orders might get delayed when we experience high volume of orders coming in i.e Black Friday / Cyber Monday.

Worldwide FREE shipping on all orders over £150


What if I have not received all of my order?
We are sorry to hear that you haven’t received all of your order. If you are missing any item(s) please ensure your order confirmation email includes all the items.

If your order confirmation includes the missing any item(s) then you will receive your other items separately, or be contacted by a member of customer service about this.
